Our clients have a garage that they were looking to extend to create a dining room whilst also increasing their kitchen sized. We delved into the history of this site and discovered that the property benefits from its Permitted Development Rights and so we have designed the conversion to meet these regulations to simplify the planning process.

Current Status - Certificate of Lawfulness Submitted April 2024
